Just Bathroomware

I initially visited the showroom at Crows Nest and was blown away from Gareth's knowledge and customer service. Sadly, when I finally received the quote, it did not reflect anything that we had discussed, and I was so frustrated, I went elsewhere.nnAt the end of our renovation, I called again, knowing what I wanted and ordered 2 items. I spoke with Caroline who assured me that she would order the items immediately, and it would be there in a few days. I called to follow up a few days later, and was told that the order had not been placed and it had been handed back to Gareth “to take some ownership”nnI explained that I needed the items by the next day, and Caroline advised that she would arrange for them to be delivered to the store.nnThe next day I received a phone call saying that it was going to cost $70 to ship the items to Crows Nest, and that they would pay half if I coughed up the rest. I was dumbfounded that they were asking me to pay for their mistake.nnShe went on to tell me that there are delays with everything (I don’t really get her point, as she did not order the item). I told her it was unacceptable. She said she would sort it out and hung up on me.nnA few hours later, I received a “your shelves have arrived” and a hang up. I have never had anybody speak to me with such hate and contempt. Why was she even bothering if it is such an inconvenience?nnI arrived at the Crows Nest store, and when I asked for the shelves, Gareth asked me what my problem was with him, as he answered my emails and gave me quotes. I replied that I was not going to go into it, and was there to collect the shelves.nnCaroline served me, and honestly if she could have spat at me that was about the only thing missing. She was so rude and abrupt, I would hate to see her on a bad day. At one point someone called for her and she spat at me saying yes, she would love to speak to the person on the phone (instead of me).nnAs much as I want to try to support small businesses, the reason that people come back is THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and you have none. I would recommend a course in basic people skills, customer service and taking responsibility.nnI would never usually write a complaint, as I know people have bad days, but this was beyond unacceptable.nnNegative 5 stars

Can confirm the wonderful service from this business and the staff that work there.nnA special shout out to Gareth for his high level of service and genuine willingness to help. Will happily recommend this business to anyone undertaking renovations to their home or even building new.nnJust excellent

I cannot say enough about my experience with Just Bathroomware and Dan Kim - this was my first major renovations and Dan's efforts certainly took a lot of the stress out of the exercise - he took time to understand my needs before suggesting specific items, was very patient as the exercise dragged on and he was always there to respond to my endless questions. Just Bathroomware was referred to me by one of my neighbours and I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone doing a similar renovation.
