Love all of the L'Occitane products!nStaff were particularly helpful when I was looking for a Mother's Day gift at this franchise.nThank you for such a pleasant experience.
I'm not sure if the manager has changed early this year, I am losing interest in this place. A couple of sale assistants are really helpful but the manager's customer service knowledge and skills are definitely questionable. I used to go there quite frequently to purchase skin products for myself or buy gifts for friends and family, but I'd rather go to the other stores now. When I spoke to my friends, they said the same thing.
Very friendly and helpful staff...my wife loves their hand creams - regular gift.
I have used so many products, from Dior to Lancome, and finally Mimi has showed me a skin care range that I now SWEAR by - the Almond Collection. Mimi was so patient with me, and had amazing customer service, I will definitely be going back to her when I need to restock :)
