Excellent service. Gave us accurate information on our first visit. They were efficient in ordering the carpet. Kept us informed of a slight delay in delivery. The guys who came for installation were professional, efficient and friendly. Great workmanship. We are very happy.

Carpet Court Parramatta was most helpful in finding carpet which matched our existing flooring at an incredible price. A great experience, and i will come back again for any of my carpet needs.
I ordered carpet from this store, John was helpful and I was very happy with the product, price and installation. The roller blinds however, nightmare. The contractor used by Carpet Court for my installation was incompetent and took 7 weeks to install 6 roller blinds. Carpet Court were responsive to my concerns, however I would ask for some assurances in regards to time frames so you can avoid delays and additional expenses like I had to after being left without blinds in my bedrooms for 2 weeks because they didn't order the right size blinds despite doing an in house measure.
