I recently went through the team at Concord Floormania to have QuickStep laminate flooring installed in my unit. I had gone to other flooring companies and had been disappointed with the customer service. Completely different experience at Concord Floormania. Rose was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions patiently while we decided on the product. Richard visited the unit for measurement and again, any potential problems with the installation was discussed and options explored without much fuss, which was a delight after a couple of bad experiences. Communication leading up to and during the installation was easy, any issues raised were dealt with, and floorboards installed expertly. I'd recommend Concord Floormania to anyone looking for a professional team to handle floorboard installations.

Richard was so professional, organised and got the job done easily and without drama. His team are hardworking especially Alfie and Terry who did a fantastic job laying the floors. The end result is amazing!!! I would highly recommend Floormania Concord.

We’re so happy with our new floor and are extremely impressed with everyone at Floormania Concord. We had talked to several companies prior and nobody quite gave us the peace of mind like Floormania Concord. We met with Rose when visiting the showroom and she was so attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable of the products. Richard came to measure and quote and with his level of expertise, he was the only person who was able to give us an estimate on levelling that might be required - most companies won’t mention this or was able to give even a ballpark estimate. We did indeed need to level the apartment and our floor feels very solid! Richard was very professional, accommodating, and upfront about all costs. We paid exactly what was quoted, no surprises or extras we didn’t anticipate at all. David and his team did the laying of the floorboards, they were polite, worked hard, fast and efficient and left the place clean. You really can’t fault the customer service and professionalism of Floormania Concord. We’re so glad we made the right choice and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

This is the forth time that I have used Floormania Concord to lay a floating timber floor for me. This was a small job and we are very happy with it. In fact we have been very happy with everything from Floormania Concord. Right from the initial experience when we came to the showroom and Rose's knowledge of the product, Richard with the quoting and the follow up after we ripped the old carpet and underlay up, to the morning of the install when Richard met the guys who were to lay the floor to explain our requirements so that I didn't have to. The guys were polite, professional and left the site very clean and tidy. I would cheerfully use Floormania Concord again and would recommend them to others.
