Staff are incredibly helpful and understanding. Koala conveniently has free use of dollies, trailers, and trolleys to help move everything as quick and efficiently as possible. Highly recommended

Very happy to use this service. We turned up with little time to find storage for our caravan. The staff are super friendly. They showed us the available sites and explained all the features. Access is easy and security is excellent. Price was a little high but as it was only for a month and so close to our home it was well worth the expense.

Customer service at Koala is absolutely amazing, both south and north, they have made the whole process of moving into a storage unit an absolute breeze!! So accommodating and whiling to help you out anyway they can, especially offering the free trailer service and being so flexible. Thank you Koala team you have made this experience so stress free and simple!! I'll definitely continue to use this storage facility in the future and recommend to anyone in need of a place for storage.
