Do you value your time? If not then come here where you can always wait around for the staff who never seem to be present. Good luck getting your hubbed package fromDHL seems they're never staffed

Was shown some of the storage areas by a young lady in the office. She was super helpful and friendly. Also purchased some boxes and she helped bring them out to the car. Great facility and great service. Only comment is the prices are a bit high compared to the more suburban facilities.

Was overcharged around $50/month over my stated, signed contract with the Osborne Park branch. Every attempt at rectifying is met with, "we will speak to higher up and get back to you" to no response. Worse yet, is they added the most unreasonable 'late fee' while my case was 'under investigation' and attempted to auction off very sentimentally value items to me. The Osborne Park centre doesn't want to know about it, they just want your money.

Good storage location, 24 hour access, (Pier Street, Perth Branch) and cheap compared to other places I got a quote from. I would advise checking out the storage space before you hire. We had to upgrade on arrival as the space quoted was way too small for what I needed to store. There is also one trolley and no trailer hire facility. Will use National Storage again if I need storage space.
