We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Kent for our recent move from Perth to Margaret River. From quote to, packing, uplift, and delivery the service was seamless from start to finish we were delighted with the professional service we received, the whole team were absolutely fantastic. We have used Kent three times now - once to move from Hobart to Perth, then when we arrived in Perth, Kent stored our things for six months and delivered them to our new house, and recently for a local move that was ten minutes down the road. Every time has been well worth the money. The removalists are always quick and efficient and have been really lovely to chat to. The admin team has been easy to deal with. Our Hobart house in particular was very difficult to access due to stairs and corners to get to the front door and they did an awesome job. Our local move was all over with in about three hours.

Shockingly poor removal performed by the New Castle branch, damaged, destroyed and lost several of our belongings, when I called to see what was happening with our case no one returned calls, no one takes any responsibility absolutely DO NOT use Kent if you want a positive outcome. We have in the past moved furniture from Africa and the former Soviet Union with different removal companies with positive results, Kent cant even get items moved within the same country without destroying or loosing your belongings.

Highly recommend Kent when moving interstate. I have used Kent several times now and have had no troubles. Quick, easy and efficient. Thank you for making my moves as stress free as possible
