Lovely staff and very convenient when you have no place to store your stuff.

Just went in to find out informations regarding some extra storage for our business, Kyrienne took me down to the yard and showed me exactly where we can drop off containers to get unloaded and provided me a extra large unit,they deserve a 5 star rating for customer service.

Charged us 2 times(2x$409=$818) bill within 2days for the monthly payment of the storage room rent, this unreasonable overcharged payment made my choice account overdrawn(can’t pay anything with overdrawn card), then luckily I found it is national storage charged twice made it.Phoned them first time,they said they canceled the 1st payment then already refund money to me(doesn’t make sense,why do they refund customer bill payment money and charged twice in next day),that’s why they charged twice time,probably its bank’s mistake.Called the bank,the staff told us this is the totally national storage charged twice made mistakes, the bank disputed the second payment,quickest refund is after 7days(it means customers will pay the National Storage made mistakes,waiting at least 7 days and get money back) for the bank side,but if we talk with the National Storage the refund time will be less,anyway is customer paid the mistake and money disappear for few day.We talked the National Storage again,they said this is probably is their system made mistake, we can understand,everything and people made mistake,but should the customer pay the mistake?Luckily,we found National Storage overcharged us,what about some people didn’t found their account got overcharged?This is not first time national storage overcharged the customer,and this is not the last time.But I wish this is first time to me,and last time for the other customers.

Was overcharged around $50/month over my stated, signed contract with this place. Every attempt at rectifying is met with, "we will speak to higher up and get back to you" to no response. Worse yet, is they added the most unreasonable 'late fee' while my case was 'under investigation' and attempted to auction off very sentimentally value items to me. The centre doesn't want to know about it, they just want your money.
