From start to finish Sunny (our sales consultant) was extremely professional. He answered every question we had and our new outdoor blinds look fantastic. It's refreshing to know that great customer service still exists. Thank you Sunny you were awesome!

Snubbed received when applying for a job. I was perfectly qualified but simply rejected without as much as an interview or anything. I can only put it down to my age.

I shopped around a lot of a company that could install high quality blinds onto my open balcony area - it is a very large area that is hounded by rain and wind and therefore totally unusable in bad weather conditions. I found out about Gerard and his team by sheer luck and I am very thankful to him and his team for doing such a stellar job with our balcony. The quality of the product is perfect, the workmanship was impeccable and I found the team to be reliable and communicative and well worth it. Also despite having a superior quality product, they are much more affordable than competitors with inferior products - I shopped around and had already met with Luxaflex, Wynston and Australian outdoor living. I am very glad I found this company and am grateful to the team. thank you Gerard, Cameron and team!

Bad after sale service. When there are issues with your blinds, they do not return your calls and do not turn up when they say that they will. I will not recommend them because of this.

Our motorised alfresco blinds look amazing. They were installed exactly 2 weeks from measure as promised. Installers were quick and professional, and clean up after themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the service and reliability of the guys at Complete Home Improvement. I will definitely use them again and refer them on!
