Had a great experience with a sales person last week and came back ready to buy tiles for our pool and pool surrounds. The sales woman on this day didn’t have much knowledge or ideas to guide us or share with us. Unfortunately she didn’t do a good job at inspiring, guiding or being helpful and we went elsewhere and spend over 11K on tiles that day. If you don’t have the knowledge then get assistance for the customer.
