I purchased a $4,000 mattress within 18months it was saggy to the point we could not sleep on one side. I reported this to snooze and the manufacturers and it took 6 months of chasing therm for someone to finally come and have a look at it. They took it away and said it looked fine and brought it back to be.nSince then they have ignored multiple emails to different people in the business.nnTerrible customer servicenTerrible productnnDo not purchase one of their mattresses

Absolutely disgusting to deal with. My order was not recorded when I arrived at the agreed time for pickup, the secretary had not started work yet so no one could exactly help, the warehouse manager was extremely rude shrugging his shoulders saying he knew nothing about it and didn't want to help. I later rang the when the receptionist was in, we arranged for afternoon pickup, I then got a TEXT message 2 hours before pickup saying 'they were too busy and would need to be picked up the next day'. I do not recommend at all.
Would never buy another one. Terrible service, Terrible mattress. Have had to replace only 3 years after purchasing. The mattress has sagged, they are refusing to come and inspect. Rude and unhelpful
