Lots of pretty lights here but...n2 particular models, the pendant SC0133-6 & SC-0134-6 are particularly unreliable and prone to failure.nThe transformers in these pretty little pendants are not designed to tolerate or meet australian electrical standards.nI had 2 of these pendants fail in a matter of 10 months in a rental property after being installed by a commercial electrican.nI had 3 pendants die in one location at a residential property in a matter of 10 to 12 months consecutively, only 1 in the kitchen lasted under 3 years by pure chance.nI took the last pendant out of the residential property in disgust and when 1 died in the rental property after a replacement from 3 weeks earlier, I decided to take the faulty and working unit out to cut my losses.nI rang and spoke to the distributor manager, Mr Raffo, I calmly explained my dissatisfaction about the lack of longevity for a product that should last at least 5 years, I've spent clsoe to $1,600 over 3 years on the basis that I though it was just bad luck, we had 3 warranty returns but for the last 2 recent failures my claim for a refund was completely ignored, rather Mr Raffo thought he could do a sales pitch that I could buy these at cost price and I kept calmly explaining that these lights are technically unrelaible rubbish and not capable of delivering a long term satisfactory performance but these are words the cabbage patch doll Mr Raffo does not understand and he could not be bothered to worry about customer satisfaction for a product that is continually prone to failure, in other words he'll take your money but not offer much in the way of a warranty claim or refund and on that basis ALL these pretty Versace prodcuts should be avoided like the black plaugue as the lights wil swiftly black out and leave you in the dark, wondering why you bought such a pretty pendant that delivers nothing from a nothing distributor who doesn't give a damn about you other than taking your money and leaving you stranded.nSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AS IT WILL ULTIMATELY FAIL YOU AND LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK AND FINANCIALLY WORSE OFF WITH A STRUGGLE TO GET WARRANTY HONOURED.nRIPP OFF MERCHANT, NOT TO BE TRUSTED !
