I can't recommend Jade enough.I went in for posture issues and after just 3 visits i am seeing improvement. She worked with me to devise a plan of stretching and strength work that is achievable for me and fits in well with my schedule.
The service is reasonably priced and there is no pressure to make multiple pointless appointments a week (an experience that i have had with other physiotherapy companies in the past).
Jade is knowledgeable, professional and friendly, definitely worth the visit.
Jade has such a wealth of knowledge of the body and movement. When it comes to injury she not only knows the causes of but also injury rehabilitation and prevention, coming from a professional gymnastics background and a current instructor herself. That's not all, she is patient, has maturity way beyond her years and enjoys what she does and it shows! Give this amazing lady the opportunity to make you feel, train and look better! Jade is the best physio, I have seen her to treat my shoulders and knees and she is always very thorough on her diagnosis and follow up. Sooner than expected I am back training as normal
Jade is very thorough and makes sure you are well looked after. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I would recommend her to anyone!
Jade is so full of knowledge, practical advice and aside from being an amazing physio ( just feel so good after a session in her capable hands) she also has so much advice and is tbe most helpful caring person iv met.
