I have two experiences with Woodlands Physiotherapy, firstly, for my teenage son who was badly injured playing football and dislocated his knee requiring surgery. The service provided to him by Natalie Keenan was second to none. Her gentle nature combined with her wealth of knowledge and firm guidance assisted my son immensely throughout his recovery. What sets Natalie apart is her kindness and genuine concern to her patients recovery, no one is just a number. Her physiotherapy services had my son back earlier than expected to football and we cannot thank her enough. Secondly, Natalie has assisted me with a calf strain and Achilles Tendinitis, her massage and acupuncture are just sensational. Again, her follow up care is outstanding. I cannot recommend Woodlands Physiotherapy[y highly enough, where is the 100 star button?!

I have had a few appointments over the past couple of months with Natalie. I have been impressed with her knowledge, ability to quickly assess the injury and her post appointment advice / exercises. I really like the fact that she doesn't over service.

They may be good physios but a basic lack of time management and courtesy undermines any deliverable. If one of the practitioners has been "running late all day" have the foresight and common courtesy to inform clients that they will be impacted - do not think the patients time is any less important than your own.
