I recently had an appointment and as soon as i walked in i was welcomed by the friendly reception staff. I found the physiotherapist to be very professional and took the time to explain treatment and home base exercises to me (easy to understand). Overall treatment has been good. I wouldn't hessiate to come back if any other injury occur and i will reccommend to anyone.
