Was feeling like I was 80, for about a month, hobbling long and finding it very hard to stand after sitting, finally decided to go to physio and after a half hour treatment I feel like a million bucks. Thanks.
I was referred to this clinic by my doctor as I suffered from nerve pain down my leg and was lucky enough to have Ryan treating me.
Ryan is extremely competent and was very thorough without causing unnecessary amounts of discomfort. As well as providing hands-on treatment, he gave me a series of daily exercises to do and explained what each one was for and how it would work. He was courteous, friendly and professional throughout and obviously knows his job very well. The combined treatment and exercises worked perfectly and although I had pain for almost six months, only three weeks after my first appointment with Ryan it is now almost completely gone.
I cannot recommend him highly enough!
Outstanding physiotherapist, extensive knowledge in sports injuries rehabilitation.
