Office staff are generally condescending, rude, or unhelpful.
Officers are not proactive, unless it's a million dollar crime. Uniform officers are mostly unintuitive, disrespectful, ignorant or ineffective. With a (very) few shining exceptions.
Good luck reporting a crime in a timely matter and receiving any correspondence whatsoever.
