Not very impressed with the manner in which they have responded to the question asked from them.expect someone's bad day just destroyed the overall impression of this government department ran for the citizens of the area.however on a different day you may receive another point of view and are usually very helpful.
Not happy jane
Rude, disrespectful, slow, arrogant and complete time wasters. They target certain locals in a way that could be considered as borderline harassment.
In saying that, there are a few younger male officers who do treat people with some decency, respect and in a non-judgmental way. Bravo to those 2 or 3 officers.
