Andrew attended promptly and we had the quote within a day. Once I accepted the quote the job was started within a few days and as it was a big job consisting of a large ducted system and a dual split it was estimated as two days work.nMark and the installation team arrived early as promised and got stuck into the job. Occasionally consulting me before cutting any holes as to the position and best layout of the vents and control system. The team were friendly, interacted well with each other and worked quickly and cleanly. At the end of each day the house was left clean and tidy. The job was completed in two days as promised and I was shown how to use both systems before they left. Absolutely outstanding job guys and right in time for the spring heatwave. Thanks to everybody at the Icoolm team and if you want quality airconditioning these are the guys you need.

Fast and efficient installation from everyone at ICOOLM once again. Questions were answered promptly to arrive at a suitable setup for my home. They also worked through some minor quirks of the house to deliver what they promised.

The Icoolm team are a class act, I highly recommend them to anyone considering a new or upgraded AC system. Our old ducted system, installed in 2000, suffered from the classic problems of poor zone control and being very noisy. New Icoolm solution is sensational, perfect temperature control in each of the 5 zones and super quiet

An absolute pleasure dealing with the Icoolm team. We have used them on a couple of occasions to service the air con in our office located in Norwest and wouldn't think of going anywhere else now. Sandra is always incredibly quick to respond to our service request, getting a technician to the office within a day or two which is great for us as we tend to leave things until the last minute.nnMitchell was one of the most polite tradies we've ever had come into our office. Highly recommend. Friendly, fast, affordable service.
