My son had his teeth knocked and badly cracked.We where so impressed with the service we received.We called them yesterday morning the dentist saw him within 3 hours fixed his teeth they even looked better than before.Kane did a denture for him and was made within hours. I have been going to Discount dental for years as Lee is amazing taking his time and making sure you are happy and the staff are so helpful and always friendly.I would highly recommend Discount dental as they really are the best we have ever been to.Thanks again for your fantastic work you have done for my son we cant thank you enough Charmaine and Michael

I recently had my first few appointments and absolutely love this clinic! All staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. I was treated by wonderful Dr Natalie and her assistant Shine with great care and professionalism. Very impressed with the service, and the price is great!

Absolutely the best. After an unpleasant experience at another dentist(being quoted $8,500 fir implant!!!) I desperately rang the wonderful Jo who was amazing. Made appointment with Brilliant dentist Nat and able assistant Shine (also wonderful) and settled on procedure for quarter of the original quote!! Extremely happy. Higjly recommended to friends and family💖💖

I had my first visit today, it was an OK experience but I was abit put off by the music being so loud as I'm autistic and was very nervous about having my teeth done, so that added to my overwhelm. The dentist Dr. Anjum was very good so no complaints there, she did a really good job. But I did feel really weird when a male staff member came in during the process and began asking her to see to another man afterwards and went into graphic detail about what was going on in his mouth. I was really nervous and trying to hold it together as it was and could have done without the gross mental image and interruption whilst having my teeth done... I'm not too sure if I'd come back again based on the over all experience and atmosphere, but thought it was important to let you know. The man was unprofessional and I really didn't enjoy such loud music.. I guess that's a personal taste thing, but other Autistic people would probably appreciate quiter music. Thanks.

I want to start by saying that overall this was not a bad experience, reception and management was very kind and welcoming, offering tea or coffee ad i wait, Dr Anjum and her assistants were also very nice and informative. Although i feel that i have to mention the behavior of a certain male dentist (unfortunately i didnt catch his name) whos demeanor seemed very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful, firstly walking in on my partners appointment midway which didnt help her as she was already feeling nervous about seeing the dentist, but also as i sat in the waiting area, his "banter" with another patient seemed very unprofessional and rude, loudly proclaiming his last patient was "a very quiet lady, but ofcourse that is how it should be, as women need to just keep quiet", made me feel very uncomfortable as i sat and watched the female receptionist cringe and laugh it off through her teeth. His general demeanor was very blokey, unkept and not the kind of attitude i expect to hear from a professional, especially infront of patients and other staff...As my wisdom teeth are impacted, after being told any extractions are done by him, i am apprehensive to return.
