No waiting, great staff- friendly & helpful. I’ve seen 3 dentists over time and they are all great!

I had been going here for a few years. The dentists are fantastic, if you can get past the unprofessionalism and disrespect of reception and management. If you do not have a follow up appointment directly after your most recent appointment, you will be phoned at all hours of the day continuously (weekends and dinner times included). Reception cancelled my most recent appointment as I did not respond to their text the night before of which I was in hospital. When I phoned the following morning to ask why my appointment had been cancelled for no reason, the manager said she would phone me back and she never did. I phoned just before close of business and asked again why my appointment would be cancelled and why my call was not returned and she could not give me an answer. Not only that, she had the audacity to ask “why were you in an ambulance anyway?” I explained that I was so disgusted with their dealings and that I don’t know any company that would cancel an appointment that a client/patient has made. I also encouraged her to check mine and my family’s records to see that we had always been loyal in showing up for our appointments. The manager was rude and argumentative on the phone again with no reason. So after all of the annoying phone calls and pestering to get appointments filled, they cancel your appointments with no reason and just 24 hours notice! It is a shame as I really loved my dentist but I will not be back here again.

Just watched Netflix with noise-cancelling headphones while having my crown fitted. Excellent service. From the welcome in reception to the comprehensive explanations on the treatment plan. Lots of care and attention was given to my comfort during the procedure. Highly recommend :)

Gaz is great and makes you feel at ease upon arrival! Let’s face it we are all a little apprehensive visiting the Dentists office.. She has a warm and friendly personality and is gentle, thorough and my teeth felt lovely & sparkly white after my clean& polish. Thanks Gaz 😀👍
