Kangaroo Valley General Store

Fabulous food , unique coffee , beautiful freshly baked bread in a relaxed country cottage setting. The lady proprietor ( who makes a lot of the food ) is a treasure , though all the staff are friendly and efficient . Well worth a visit when driving in Kangaroo valley. You wont regret it. ( I bought a jar of their home made lime pickles which is astonishingly good . Makes my curries taste even better.)

The restaurant's coffee(Ryan's coffee)and almond croissant are a must try... the best ever... and staff is really friendly and nice

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, especially based on the reviews. Was charged $4 for a babyccino... even more expensive that a small coffee from some cafes.nnAsked for a soy latte for myself, and was given one with regular milk instead. Unfortunately, only realised this after we drove away and I had my first sip so couldn’t go back to ask them to remake it. We were the only customers in the store at the time, so couldn’t have chalked this up to a busy period. Expected much, much better from this place based on all the reviews
