Couldn't recommend Troy and his team enough. We have just had over 150sqm of 100% waterproof flooring laid and the transformation is incredible. Troy took his time in explaining everything and made sure we were happy before the job commenced. Some remedial work was involved in our home before he could start such as grinding the concrete / using levelling compound but nothing was a problem. The team turned up on time, every time. Highly recommend!!
Only 1 star for Troy, lucky to get that. Nearly 15K in material for our hardwood flooring and Troy left apprentices in charge , never showing up on site except to give quote. We lodged complaint and showed Troy various issues we had and the hardwood flooring not layed as promised , utilising premium pieces. Instead cut the premium pieces & used short pieces in main thoroughfare. Making our floor look hideous. Never came back to finish job and closed up shop. Disgusting and dishonest human! Would never recommend Troy under any business name!
Troy & the team just completed floors at our new place, they also did our old place, my sisters & mum and Dads. The finishes and lay is flawless! They are reliable, professional, efficient & super friendly. Highly recommend. I love my new floor!!
Troy and his team did an excellent job sanding and sealing a 500m2 hardwood auditorium at my work place. Good communication, stuck to time-frame and we're really happy with the result.
Troy installed 100% waterproof flooring in our home. We had a step up from rumpus to kitchen which we had been told by other installers could not be fixed. Troy and his team levelled it, cannot thank him enough. His level of expertise was amazing. Overall Troy and his team were very professional and courteous. Would happily recommend him to anybody. A truly quality job.
