I love this place. It is not just the cheap prices. They know what they are doing. They sell you the right part and give advice. If you go to Bunnings there is no staff to advise and you will end up doing an extra trip to get the right thing.

If I could put a zero star that would be my experience with a recent purchase that failed recently with Thrifty.nnAdd the word DECEPTION ANF THEFTnnI ordered a spout which was the key base of my purchase. I was advised that the item should take 3 to 5 Business days.nnAfter a week I was told it's not availablenfor another 2 months as the manufacturer in NZ doesn't have any.nnI cancelled the order since it could not be delivered in a timely fashion and as per the promise when I placed the order.nnI was told I would be charged $15 restocking fee?nnWhat are you restocking?nnAn item which is NOT available by the manufacturer?nnThrifty never returned calls and said always busy.nn- LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICEn- THEFT OF MONIESn- DECEPTIONn- DONT PLACE AN ORDER UNTIL THEY ARE 100% ABLE TO DELIVERn- POOR PERFORMANCE FROM SUCH AN OLD PLUMBING ICON.nnNEVER TO BOTHER GOING THERE AGAIN.nngoto other reputable retailer's in your area
