Great service, got a new spare key for my Mazda at a fraction of the cost of the dealer quote. Also got 3 other keys cut perfectly. Will definitely be back again.

I cannot believe the quality and pride of work of these guys. Absolutely the best work I've had done on either work or dress shoes in a decade. I'd never thought of using a Mister Minit for shoe work, but it's hands down the best experience I've had. The chap at Gungahlin was beyond helpful and returned my daily driver shoes that have clicked and clanked all over the outback for the last 2 years back to life.nnPolished, resoled, and leather repaired to perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more for a more reasonable price.nnCheers to the bloke running the shop at Gungahlin!

Today i went to this shop to get a new car key and remote for my Hyundai. The salesperson there charge me $270 dollars for a copy of the carkey and remote. When I went back to my car neither the car key or the remote work.  The salesperson did mention that he is still learning and he has done it a couple of times. I asked for a refund at first, then he looked at the till and he said he doesn't have enough cash. I said no worries refund the money in my car as I paid with my visa card.  He said he has no idea how to do that as well. And to finish he told me I can't get a refund !. How come? I believe I am entitled to a refund due to the product is faulty/ not working, the person that made it it's not qualified I believe and also i believe you have an obligations and responsibilities with the Australian customer law. I would like to get my $270 returned into my bank account.

Little things that makes life easy. Who would have thought a keyholder could make a difference but it did by many yard. 5 star customer service all the way. Highly recommended.
