Centrelink and Medicare

They will not monitor their alarm on weekends, public holidays or any time outside of business hours. They let it go off all weekend. For an organisation that is meant to support the community, they don’t seem to care how their practices affect the local community at all given they are located in a mixed commercial and residential area.

Good service and mostly friendly staff. Wait times can be long, just depending on how many other people are waiting too.

I was filling the form at the computer desk without informing me that I should write the form in another place, then another female staff with glass came forward to me saying let me “leave here quickly” to another place with some rude accent. I was just some confused about the impolite service. Should treat people with a gentle way ...it’s was the first time to centrelink feel they treat people just as component of the product line at least I reckon...

Long wait and all depends on which staff member you get if you'll be happy or not

I got in early and didn't have to wait long at all. I got served quickly to register my newborn child and the lady who helped was most helpful and clear about the whole process. The lady at the entrance also knew who and how to direct me so it was real easy.
