Just had an initial consultation in the office with Kat and Jamie, and I have to say that so far my interaction was terrific. Both ladies were very helpful, and even though my job is smallish they weren’t dismissive despite the fact that the business is incredibly busy at the moment. I look forward to working with these guys!!!

Fantastic joinery company. I have dealt with countless amounts of Canberra based joinery companies over the years and Mint Kitchens definitely takes the cake at the top.nThey make every part of the experience easy and enjoyable. Every staff member I dealt with was well mannered and professional and very accommodating, they went out of their way to get exactly what we wanted.nThe finished product was beautiful and to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price.nI couldn't recommend them more and they will definitely be my first stop in our next build

Used Mint Kitchens to do one kitchen before looking to bring them on contract for the company. While the product they produced was good and well priced. I have to say the customer service left something to be desired. The staffer you have to deal with as a point of contact is highly unreliable, and as far as customer service goes she may need to be told that sarcasm is not the way to go when you are costing a company thousand of dollars. While the product is good(the kitchen designers are great) unfortunately I would not refer any client to deal with them because of the customer service. I was at wits end and extremely frustrated dealing with the pricing estimator and front of house staffs attitude. Unfortunately I have to say the quality of the finial product while excellent does not excuse such treatment and frankly being screwed around by staff.

Not very attentive, From the moment we walked in we were told how busy they were and that it would take some time to even get a quote to us. Oh well, plenty more fish in the sea.
