Got a quote from these guys, took over a week to receive the quote. Then one I replied to quote cause I wanted to go ahead no reply back requesting a time or anything. Communication is key to running a business and it seems to me this business needs some help.
what can I say... we had a bad luck with this company- a dodgy tiler, using dodgy grouting that stains very easily, blaming the floors and tiles and everything else in the bathroom for their poor job , not taking responsibility for anything..nHe looked very professional, and promised to do very nice things, in the end, we ended up having only disappointment and lost lots of money.nprofessional? yes- only when it comes to charging you money.
