Highly recommended. Alan did a great job meeting our budget and time frame for installation. He even moved some jobs around to ensure the floor was installed as soon as possible for us. When he visited our apartment for the measure and quote, I really appreciated the time he took to provide explanations about the installation process, and the different flooring options.
I recently had my carpet flooring replaced with laminate flooring in my second floor unit.nnAlan was friendly and helpful, and provided a full quote that covered all the involved costs so there were no surprises. This included underlay which met the strata standards and minimised noise. He answered calls and emails within a day and was more than happy to answer any questions.nnFrom the initial measure and quote to full installation was less than 10 days. The installer contacted me the night before installation to provide the time that he would arrive, arrived on time and got on with the job, quickly and efficiently. The job was done in one day, including ripping up the old carpets, laying underlay, laying the new flooring and clean up (which included taking away the old carpet).nnThe floors look great and the whole experience was very straightforward and easy.
