Badly laid, poor communication. Job not completed to any satisfaction.nCarpet laid but with faults, carpet layer cut fibres and left holes in carpet. This was confirmed by carpet supplier rep. Suddenly communication between Carpet One and myself became a problem. The store manager/owner no longer accepted phone calls and response to emails required multiple reminders before a reply was received.nFinally the faulty/ damaged carpet was replaced but unfortunately the carpet layer laid one section in the wrong direction. Will they fix this? No, and that is what we are left with, carpet with a poor join laid in a different direction to existing carpet. Carpet One don’t care, my wife mentioned that she would put something on social media but Paul? didn’t seem to care.nOh and it’s my fault the carpet was laid in the wrong direction because I asked the layer to not relay carpet with indentations if possible.

Excellent experience from the start. Very professional and the work was completed to a very high standard well before the original anticipated date.
