I love NOFOMO. The trainers are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.nnThe music is amazing, never repetitive and the workouts are always fun and and easy to pick up as a beginner. This gym is 24/7. It’s very convenient as a busy mum that works full time I find it easily fits in.nnEach day is a different program which keeps things interesting for me. I get bored of doing the same thing. All you need is a towel, drink bottle and phone. If it’s unstaffed you can still access the club using the ap.

The concept is brilliant … 24/7 to get your workout done. The APP changes daily and it’s so much fun. Try it!!!

Highly recommend! I never thought I'd be one to go to the gym regularly but Nofomo has made it so easily and it's now something I look forward to!
