Fast service....he attended much more quickly than anticipated. Clearly explained what needed to be done and then did the job. Very friendly and professional. Considering it was early on a Saturday morning and numerous locks had to be changed i was most impressed. Highly recommended.

I booked an appointment for 8.30am Friday and the person did not turn up. When I rang I was advised they were on another job. They still hadn't turned up by 11am so I decided to cancel and go elsewhere. They didn't even have the courtesy to communicate that they had booked another job in my time slot. I thought when you make a time with a customer first thing in the morning, you keep to it. Just of interest their fees were $105 call out fee, plus $50 per every lock they change. I do not recommend them. Just a side comment: They seem to be using another companies web search, because I intended originally to use Modbury Locksmiths but for some reason the link diverted to them? Not sure whats going on there??

The company was good to deal with by phone and then Julie did an excellent job replacing a lock, identified another problem and fixed that as well. Highly recommended.

Second time using this company, very happy with the service. The woman on the phone was funny and professional. The locksmith was great and left a little gift which made my day. I Would highly recommend this business.
