Having only trained for a month or so prior, CrossFit can be quite intimidating to say the least.nBut honestly CrossFit Urban could of not made me feel any more welcome.nThe fact they actual care,the knowledge and the patience they give to every individual is amazing.nThey are hands down the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.nThank you again to the team down there and if it’s just a change of lifestyle or a challenge in life or even a for the social aspect this is the place to be!

An amazing CrossFit Gym! Although I have done CrossFit for some time, it is always daunting going to a new gym. I was instantly made to feel welcome & like part of the community. All of the coaches Johan, Katelin & Nathan are amazing trainers! Highly recommended!

Since my first time there I always had a great experience. The owners are very nice guys and the program training is insane, very good planned to all CrossFit levels. I loved that place!!
