FORM Fitness Pilates

I have not looked back since joining Matthew and Brett on this journey the middle of last year. I have so much more energy and have noticed lots of changes in my body. I look forward to seeing the team six days a week as we are like a big family. Having recently moved to the Coast, I left behind a studio I loved and thought I couldn't top it- but then found Matthew and Brett and the Form Team. This is an extraordinary studio! The classes are great and challenging (exactly what you want from pilates), the technical instructions are detailed as well as encouraging, the other class members are lovely - and importantly the play lists are awesome! They've got excellent intro packs to come and try - I even managed to get my partner to come to classes after five years of trying, because he could see the power of good these classes have been doing!

Great place for reformer and studio pilates! Been there for more than 1 year now and I am still going. Everyone is really lovely and shoutout to Brett, Matt and Ash, my favourite pilates instructors.
