I’ve been going to Reform society Pilates for the past 3 weeks, and it is the best reformer workout I have done since starting almost 5 years ago. The programs are fantastic, while giving you a full body workout. The instructors are friendly and provide a great amount of 1:1 support each class. Highly recommend! ud83dudc4cud83cudffb

Have attended few classes here and I've absolutely enjoyed them. The Studio is clean and peaceful. The instructor Shantelle she is knowledgeable and helpful, will help you with adjustments, as she did really good for me that I had issues with my back in the past. My specialist suggested me to do Reform Pilates, so I picked up this really nice local business. I have been expertly and gently assisted for that. Will definitely sign up for more classes. Highly recommended AAAAA+++++
