The Pure Yoga Wellbeing Centre

My wife and I took part in Nubia's beginners' yoga classes for five weeks during our recent visit to the Gold Coast. Her studio is welcoming, friendly, and relaxed. Class sequences are varied, and are both challenging and encouraging. Nubia is an excellent teacher, and her explanations of the details of movements and postures were especially helpful. We learned so much, and enjoyed doing so! We'll return to the Wellbeing Centre on our next visit, and highly recommend it to anyone.

The BEST relaxation massage I have ever had. Nubia is very skilled and knew exactly what my body needed. Great techniques and I even drifted off to sleep. That has never happened for me with other massages! I will be back thank you so much I highly recommend ♡
