Everyday Independence

I am a support worker for adults with complex disabilities in group homes. We had Everyday Independence train our staff a while back about creating high expectations for people with a disability and the difference therapy input can have in peoples lives. It was truly inspiring and has made me a better support worker since. Could not recommend their therapy services more.

When starting my career as a speech pathologist I was looking for an organization that had a strong team culture, that would allow me to adapt my caseload to my interests, support my growth with mentoring and coaching, and offer a good work life balance. I feel EI has offered me all of these, plus much more. I am beyond excited to see where my future goes within the EI family.nThis is a photo of the amazing OT and I celebrating our graduation in the office.

As an early career clinician I am grateful to have landed a job at Everyday independence. It is an amazing organisation to work for as it provides great work-life balance, support and mentoring and an abundance of pathways for career growth.

Everyday Independence were so supportive helping my family through a difficult time while transitioning my disabled sister into suitable accommodation. I would highly recommend there services.
