That was the first time I’ve used a self storage facility and it was an great experience. The staff made it so easy and they were so friendly and supportive. I would chose Kennards again without any hesitation and highly recommend

Trish is so lovely and very helpful, helped me sort out everything with my storage unit as well as a lock and access code! I have never had a problem accessing my storage unit but if I was to encounter any issues I have no doubt that Trish and Owen would be able to help. I have been a customer for a month and have nothing but positive things to say about KSS Mile End!

Great customer service. The main door is on the street, not on the main road. The street parking is available most of the time. Loved the customer service.

Convenient parcel drop off. Staff very friendly and always happy to assits. I have been here a few times and they have exceptional customer service

Great PostalPoint location - open Saturdays and Sundays (unlike most post offices). Friendly staff and very easy.
