Friendly staff and helpful. Not the cheapest for storage long-term but if you're in a bit of a pickle it's exactly what the title says - storage!

Awesome service from the women in the office. My partner and I took out storage last minute when we had to suddenly move and the team were more than accommodating. They found us a space and a truck for free taking a lot of stress away from the move. Could not thank them enough!

I've never taken the time to write a negative review before, but I feel this is something you should know if you're looking at getting a unit here. Please do not deal with "Faye" if ever you happen to get a storage Unit at this location. Unfortunately, I was dealing with her and she fails to send out proper details. A couple of days later, I received an email stating " you have an outstanding amount".The service provided was really poor, but that didn't bother me much. What I was really upset about was her behaviour and tone while dealing with this situation. She has extremely poor customer service skills and would not let me speak with higher authority. In fact I found it hard to even talk it out with her. She was loud and she refused to understand my point of view. The information provided by her kept changing every second and I had to pay a huge amount at one ago, only to get over with it because apparently the amount would keep increasing. The amount that went through in 2 seconds for something absolutely so silly and only a misunderstanding was supposed to pay off a lot of other expenses, which I agree is hard for a person like "Faye" to understand. No receipt for that amount has been provided even though it's gone from my account.

I would give this place 0 stars as if it were possible what a dump. staff are terrible , rude and unhelpful. Who has a storage facility which is unaccessible 4 times after 8 p.m. ?? You should be able to access your belongings in your storage shed 24/7 like other places offer ?? Dodgy if you ask me ....wouldn't be using this place again

My very dear friend Simran Barretto was treated poorly by the staff of this company. The person, whom I shall not name, had no sense of politeness or basic courtesy while dealing with Ms. Simran on the phone. Funds have been deducted without proper receipts and reasoning, and there is no way to reach out for help for the same. Definitely not my Faye-vourite company to deal with in Adelaide
