Our suits were locked up. Locker system had error. We had to wait someone to come to reboot the system which wasted almost 30min of our time for check in baggage.
We nearly missed out flight. qantas lady was upset to us. That made us really upset. If you are using unreliable system, don't provide the service and charge quite a big amount of the money for a day.
We wanted to get fully refund for this convenience which we didn't have to go through.
I had a great experience using baggage storage and transfer to Sydney airport from Circular Quay. I was running late for my check in time, and they not only called me to see if I was still coming but understood my circumstances. My luggage arrived as promised at my terminal at Sydney airport at the end of the day. Thank you.
Great to look after your luggage if you have a long wait for your connecting flight
Poor service. My locker refused to open. After calling helpdesk and waiting for over 10 minutes, they had a technician come over to help, after another 10 minutes or so. I missed my flight in the end and had to pay for another ticket.
Our stuff got stuck in the storage.
