Will never use them again and will never recommend them. My shipment has been a massive disappointment. Assistance very poor. My deliver overseas was supposed to have been done in June, still not delivered and I am in dilema. Has cost me heaps in freight and Insurance but has been nothing short of disgraceful. And still waiting for delivery.

Moving from Melbourne to storage in Adelaide then on to Kangaroo Island. They arrived on time and were very polite. Same at the other end. Unfortunately there were many breakages. Outdoor chair legs ripped off...handle on wood fire pizza oven snapped off and another broken and the chimney damaged. Telescope tripod bent. Boxes clearly marked fragile crushed. Then when you go to claim on insurance they say oh $500 excess and you have to organise all the quotes etc which is difficult as that would require me going back to the mainland and some of the things damaged were only available in Melbourne... It will cost me just under that to fix/replace everything. So what they are really saying is our guys can do $500 of damage before we care. I saw everything go out of the house so it had to be damaged by the person packing the containers. Being an ex furniture removalist I am disgusted.
