OTR Harbourtown Drive Thru

Nice and quiet when I went, (10pm) staff were nice and my coffee was made very quickly.

Coffee"s ok. Service is fast.

If you are happy to wait for at least 10 minutes to get your coffee even when it’s not that busy then use their drive thru.

Absolutely pathetic we pull in the other day on our bikes i parked in a car park rite in front of the widow as i didnt need fuel my club mate was waiting at the pump but they weren't turning it on so i looked around to the attendants and they were motioning us to take our helmets off i wasn't even getting fuel ...and the most stupid thing is we had open face helmets on so they could see her face..what next no hats no bennies...but certin members of the community can fuel up and go pay all while being covered head to toe...huge double standards OTR ..so she hung up the pump gave a not so polite wave and went to the next servo....

It’s ok. Customer service was disappointing today. In retail, the customer is number one. That means, amongst other things, that when you are serving a customer, you give the customer your full attention for the short time that you are serving them. Unimportant conversations with other staff members can wait for two minutes. Oh well, seeing as I am not respected as a customer at this OTR, I’ll go to the one just up the road, next time (or is that a Caltex?)
