I have been to see Ruth twice for a massage and she has been amazing! Not only is she really friendly and easy to talk to, but she is totally professional and always gives me a quality massage! I sleep like a baby after seeing her and carry a lot less tension. Would highly recommend.

I saw Ruth for a Remedial Massage for general stress and tension relief, and wow did I get exactly that. I’ve had ‘remedial’ massages before but nothing like this. Ruth talks you through your body, gives helpful tips in things you can do at home for self management, and is generally a wealth of information. She relieved tension I didn’t know I had, and while it’s by no means a relaxing process, the outcome left me feeling the most free and agile I’ve felt in a long time. Highly recommend!

Ruth is very good and takes time to go over a bit of history and areas that need focusing, and then ensures that those areas have got the right level of attention and tension. Please note that it’s not a relaxation mans safe but more on sports massage level, which is exactly what I needed, as it not only helped me relieve those lactic acid pockets, but also help mobilize the toxins and aid in one of the most relaxed sleep I have had post that session.
