I signed up for the 14 day for $14 yoga special and really glad I did! So far I have tried the restorative yoga (which I love, feels like a little special indulgent treat just for you...I mean who doesn’t love being tucked in with a warm blanket and soothing musicud83dude04), hot yoga, body tone and sun salutations. All classes I have tried have been perfect for all abilities (I am stiff, uncoordinated and creaky so if I can do it anyone can!) and the instructors are really welcoming and easy to follow. I will definitely be continuing after my trial and now keen to do Pilates as well!

I’ve just completed my first few Pilates classes and I genuinely love it!! The instructors are so helpful and create such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. I never thought I’d be the person who looks forward to exercising but now I am! I couldn’t recommend BodyLife highly enough.

I’ve always loved Pilates but was a bit intimidated about going into a class, however I had the best time! The people were really friendly and the instructors are really hands on to ensure you are doing the exercise correctly. Really enjoying it and it is 45mins of “me” time which is priceless!

This is not just your regular gym, tailored to meet each individuals needs, swear by Pilates classes for anyone recovering from injury wanting to increase bone density muscle tone or weight loss fantastic for all ages and theres Yoga, best gym or its above a regular gym well worth it
