Anastasia, it’s terrible that when she wanted to think about it overnight that your club manager lied to her about the “special offer” to get her to sign up then and there and then when she agreed did not give her an opportunity to review the contract conditions and bullied her into signing up right there and then telling her she had to do it quickly as he had to leave and get home, had he done the right thing in the first place this whole situation could have been avoided and can still be resolved. You’re failure and Anytime Fitness corporates failure to engage in a discussion about this is extremely poor, that I have to use a platform like this to get any further response is disappointing to say the least
