A great gym and beginners this is your place! Great communication from Mark the owner if you have any questions prior to starting. Joe the Manager/coach is often available to jump in to help beginners or if someone leaves early or needs a break.nThe ladies classes are a fantastic way for women and new mums to ease into boxing or exercise and Mark seamlessly eases the myriad of issues we all have (can't punch above head/can't crunch/can't do this, that, the other thing) into the classes to accommodate injuries and conditions.nnFriendly staff, and the people that attend are either friendly or dedicated to what they're doing and minding their own business. Definitely not the intimidating gym I thought all boxing gyms must be and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
