I called to inquire about getting a massage same day and what kind of therapists they had as I was after a very firm massage. They only had one therapist on who didnt suit my needs. I thanked the lady who answered the call for her time but she literally hung up the phone on me. No thank you or goodbye, she just... hung up. RUDE.
