I seriously cannot say enough about the 5 star service U Store It Mt Barker provide. Mark & Phil are the kindest, most professional & most understanding guys & made my nearly two years using their service a breeze. I was going through a really hard time & they honestly helped me out more than they realise. I have no problem in recommending them to anyone in need of storage. The facilities are secure, clean & user friendly with amenities available, even a cold drink of water! Many many thanks & much appreciation Mark & Phil for providing me with such a great service and for going above & beyond with your kindness & understanding.

Excellent storage facility, secure and easy to access, clean, very well maintained. Staff are really helpful and professional. The free trailer and/or truck when you move in was an added bonus and helped immensely during my move. Definitely recommend this storage facility if you need a secure, safe place for your belongings or furniture. Thank you.

Thank you so much. They have gone above and beyond with helping me move my stuff into a storage unit. From first point of contact to addressing not only myself but my kids by their names everytime I needed to come in. Coffee and water provided (an unexpected bonus). Clean access areas, clean units, clean bathroom. I'm super impressed and highly recommend this storage facility.

My experience has been 5-star from the word go! Mark was amazing to deal with, he helped us work out a suitable sized storage locker and was great with my two kids who I brought in with me. The storage facility is very clean, well kept and secure.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Mark and Phillip were absolutely helpful, kind, understanding and very quick to reply to messages or emails. I felt my belongings were safe and I felt 100% secure using their facilities. I cannot recommend this facility or the staff highly enough.
