The Blissful Canary

The way Maggie holds space is something else. There is absolutely no doubt in her intentions for her students to feel held in a safe space, to show up exactly as they feel and look in each moment. This kind of safe feeling has allowed me, on several different occasions, to drop deeper into my practice and my awareness of myself, as well as into relaxation. As someone who runs her own business, this kind of space and person holding it is invaluable. Maggie is one of the kindest, most genuine-hearted people I know and I'm so grateful we have crossed paths!

A few months ago I read about TBC online and how it was such a great, inclusive space. I was so anxious to give it a try, but I got there and I'm so glad I did. Maggie is such a beautiful breath of fresh air in the yoga space. I live in a larger body but still feel so welcomed and at home in Maggie's studio. Maggie is happy to suggest adjustments where she thinks they might be suitable and takes on all feedback from students on how they are feeling. The classes often change direction depending on how the students are feeling on any given day.nnI'm so glad I've found Maggie and The Blissful Canary, and I'm even travelling 40 minutes each way just to be in her classes! She even offers online live classes or access to prerecorded classes so if I'm unwell in these covid times I can still practice from home.
