I had an appointment on 31 May 2021. I didn’t even get past reception before I was made to feel like I wasn’t important to their business. No one asked me my name, or if I even had an appointment. I was left to sit in the waiting area for 20 minutes before I left in disgust and totally disappointed. A follow up call was also pointless. No apology or explanation why I wasn’t greeted on arrival or left to sit without any acknowledgement that I was even there.nnThe Physio could have been exceptional, but that’s something I’ll never know.
